Terms of Service.
The agreement between you and FlyCow Games Inc. for the Keno Club app and the services it connects to. Written to be read, not survived.
Effective: 7 August 2026 · Last updated: 7 August 2026
The short version
- Coins are score. They have no cash value, and they can never be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything else of value.
- Keno Club is a simulation. It is not gambling, it is not real-money gaming, and there is no way to win real money or prizes.
- The game is free to play. Coin packs and VIP Club membership are optional, and neither changes the draw odds or the paytable.
- You must be 18 or older.
- Everything you buy is sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple takes the payment, Apple handles refunds, and Apple manages cancellations — we cannot do any of the three for you.
- VIP Club is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Cancel it in your App Store subscription settings; it runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
- In VIP chat, be civil. We can remove messages and suspend access.
- You can delete your online record yourself at Settings → Delete My Account. Chat messages you have already sent age out under the retention period instead — see section 9.
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and FlyCow Games Inc. ("FlyCow", "we", "us"), the publisher of Keno Club. They cover the Keno Club app for iPhone and iPad, this website, and the FlyCow-operated services the app can connect to — the leaderboards, the progressive jackpot, and VIP chat. Together we call all of that "Keno Club".
By downloading, opening, or playing Keno Club, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Our privacy policy explains what data Keno Club handles and is part of this agreement.
2. Coins have no cash value
This is the most important clause on the page, so it comes first and it is stated plainly.
Coins are score, not money
Coins in Keno Club are a virtual score used to play a simulated game. They have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, cashed out, sold, transferred to another player, or exchanged for money, goods, services, or anything else of value — by you, by us, or by anyone else. They are not currency, not credit, not a stored-value account, and not property.
This is not gambling
Keno Club simulates a classic casino keno cabinet for entertainment. It offers no real-money gambling and no opportunity to win real money or prizes. Nothing you win in the game — including a progressive jackpot award — is anything other than coins inside the app. Practice or success at simulated gambling does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
What buying coins actually buys
Buying a coin pack buys you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use those coins inside Keno Club. It does not buy you an asset, an investment, or a balance you can move anywhere else. Coins do not expire, but they exist only in the app, and they end when your access to the app ends.
The odds do not move
Every game draws twenty balls from eighty without replacement, and awards follow the published paytable, which is versioned and visible inside the app. Purchases and VIP Club membership never change the draw odds or the paytable — not for you, and not for anyone.
3. Who can play
- You must be 18 or older. Keno Club is listed as an 18+ app and is intended for adults. If the law where you live sets a higher age for using a simulated-gambling product, that higher age applies to you.
- You need an Apple Account and a compatible iPhone or iPad to install the app. A fresh installation needs iCloud and an internet connection to initialize or restore progress. Ordinary play can then continue offline. There is no separate Keno Club password. We ask for your email if you choose to subscribe to optional club messages; subscribing is not required to play.
- Signing in with Game Center is optional. It is what turns on the leaderboards, the progressive jackpot, and VIP chat.
- You must not use Keno Club where doing so would break the law that applies to you.
If we learn that someone under the required age is using Keno Club, we will end their access. If you believe a child is using the app, email hello@flycowgames.com.
4. Your licence, and what stays ours
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Keno Club on Apple devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. That is the whole of what you get; everything not granted here stays with us.
Keno Club and everything in it — the code, the artwork, the cabinet designs, the sounds, the paytables, and the text — are owned by FlyCow Games Inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or redistribute any of it.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app, except where the law expressly says you may.
- Tamper with the app, its stored data, or its network traffic in order to award yourself coins, unlock paid features, or claim jackpot awards or membership benefits you have not paid for.
- Use bots, scripts, emulators, or automation to play, to farm coins, or to place entries on the leaderboards.
- Knowingly exploit a bug, a pricing error, or a broken award path instead of reporting it.
- Interfere with our services, probe them for weaknesses, or try to overload them.
None of this is a claim that the app is impossible to modify. It is a statement of what you agree not to do, and doing it is grounds for us to remove coins that were not properly awarded, or to end your access under section 11.
5. Purchases
Keno Club is free to download and the base game is complete. Optional purchases exist: six one-time coin packs, from the 8,000-coin Stack up to the 750,000-coin Casino Reserve, and the VIP Club membership described in section 6.
- Apple sells them, not us. Every purchase is made through the App Store under your Apple Account. Apple takes the payment and is the merchant of record. We never see your card, your billing address, or your Apple Account email.
- The price you see is Apple's. The app shows the localized App Store price for your storefront. That price, and any tax, is what Apple charges.
- Coins arrive once. A coin pack is a consumable purchase: the coins are added to your balance once, when Apple confirms the transaction. If a purchase was charged but the coins did not appear, email us and we will look into it.
- Consumables cannot be restored. Apple does not restore consumable purchases to a new device or a reinstall. Your coin balance lives on your device — and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud database.
- Sales change the coins, not the price. When a sale runs, packs carry bonus coins; the price does not move.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policy, and we cannot issue one directly. We have no ability to reverse an App Store charge. To ask Apple for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the purchase, and choose the option to request a refund. Apple decides the outcome.
If something went wrong on our side — a purchase that never delivered, a benefit that did not switch on — tell us at hello@flycowgames.com. We will fix what we can fix in the app, and we will help you make your case to Apple, but the refund decision is Apple's.
Except where the law where you live requires otherwise, purchases are final and coins already spent in play are not refundable.
6. VIP Club membership
VIP Club Monthly is an optional auto-renewing subscription, priced at $19.95 per month in the United States storefront and at Apple's equivalent local price elsewhere. The app always shows your own storefront's price before you buy.
- It renews automatically. Your Apple Account is charged each month until you cancel.
- You cancel it with Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, choose VIP Club Monthly, and cancel. Apple requires this at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or the next period is charged. We cannot cancel it for you.
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. You keep every benefit until then. Cancelling part-way through a month does not produce a partial refund.
- Restoring. If you reinstall or move to another device signed into the same Apple Account, tap RESTORE on the VIP Club screen to re-check your purchases and reactivate membership.
What happens when membership lapses
When your subscription ends, expires, or is refunded or revoked, the app stops granting member benefits. In practice that means the VIP-only bet levels and Auto Play MAX lock again, the member cabinet styles stop being selectable and the game returns to the classic look, the daily return drops back to the standard ladder, the VIP badge goes, the bonus coins on purchases stop, and VIP chat is no longer offered to you. Your chosen cabinet style is remembered in case you come back.
Coins you already have are yours to keep and keep playing with. A lapse does not take coins away, and it does not affect your game history, your leaderboard standing, or the base game — which stays complete and free.
Club benefits are entertainment only. Membership never changes draw odds or the paytable.
7. Playing online — boards and the jackpot
Sign in with Game Center and three optional features connect to our servers: the daily and all-time leaderboards, the shared progressive jackpot, and — for members — VIP chat. What each of them publishes about you is set out in the privacy policy.
- Your display name and photo come from your platform profile. Choose a display name you are content to have other players see.
- The progressive jackpot has qualifying conditions — a minimum number of spots, a minimum stake, and hitting every number you picked. Those thresholds are set on our servers and can change, so read them off the live meter in the game rather than from any page or listing.
- A jackpot award is verified before it is paid, and it is paid in coins. Coins have no cash value.
- We may void an entry, a standing, or an award that we reasonably believe was produced by tampering, automation, or a defect rather than by play.
8. VIP chat — conduct and moderation
VIP chat is a shared room for members. Everything you post there is visible to other members, and you are responsible for it.
What is not allowed
- Harassment and abuse — threats, bullying, sexual harassment, or attacks on someone for who they are, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
- Hateful, violent, or sexual content, and anything involving minors.
- Spam — flooding, repetition, advertising, referral links, or promoting other products or services.
- Impersonation — posing as another player, as a moderator, or as FlyCow or any of our staff.
- Other people's private information, posted without their consent.
- Real-money offers — trying to buy, sell, or trade coins, accounts, or membership for money or anything else of value. Coins have no cash value and no such trade is recognised.
- Illegal content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
How moderation works
The room has tools, and they are ordinary ones:
- You can report a message from inside the app, choosing a reason — spam, abuse, cheating, or other. There is a daily cap on reports so the tool itself cannot be used to spam.
- You can block a player, which hides their messages from your view.
- We can remove a message, mute a player for a period, or ban a player from the room. We may also slow the rate of posting when a room needs it. We do not promise to review everything, to review anything within a set time, or to explain every decision.
- Reports and moderation records outlive the message. They are kept longer than ordinary chat content so that a report cannot be erased by deleting the message it is about.
Losing access to chat does not entitle you to a refund of your membership. If you think a decision was wrong, email hello@flycowgames.com and a person will look at it.
9. Your account and your data
You can delete the online player record we hold and clear your local data. Optional email subscriptions can be stopped from the app’s email settings or any message’s unsubscribe link. Deleting your online record also deletes the email address from that player record; see the privacy policy for consent and anti-abuse retention.
- Your online record. Settings → Delete My Account, inside the app. It removes your leaderboard standing, your uploaded photo, your profile, the recent games we still hold for jackpot settlement, and your jackpot player record. It does not touch your Game Center account, your purchases, or the coins and history on your device.
- Your local data. Clear your history or reset progress in Settings, or uninstall the app.
- Chat is the honest exception. Deleting your online record does not immediately erase messages you have already sent in VIP chat, or the avatar the chat service holds. Those age out under the ordinary chat retention period — up to 90 days, or the newest 100,000 messages in the room, whichever comes first. Moderation reports are kept longer, as described above. We would rather tell you that than let you believe otherwise.
- Award records. Totals attached to jackpot accounting are anonymised rather than removed, so the accounting stays correct without pointing back at you.
The full picture — what is collected, where it goes, how long it is kept, and the rights you have — is in the privacy policy. If you want us to handle a request for you, email hello@flycowgames.com.
10. Availability, and changes to the game
Keno Club is a live product, and it will change.
- We do not guarantee that the service is available. Servers go down, networks fail, Apple's services have outages, and we take things offline for maintenance. Base play is designed to work offline; the online features are not always going to be there.
- Features can change or end. We may add, alter, suspend, or withdraw parts of Keno Club — including the leaderboards, the progressive jackpot, VIP chat, cabinet styles, and the coin packs on sale.
- Progressives, bonuses and promotions are not permanent. Jackpot thresholds and contribution rules, daily returns, sale percentages, coin drops, and any club event may be introduced, adjusted, paused, or ended at any time, including while one is running. They are entertainment features, not commitments, and none of them has cash value.
- Coins are not a promise. We may correct a balance that was awarded in error or by tampering. We will not take away coins you were properly awarded or properly bought while your access continues.
- If we ever discontinue Keno Club, coins, membership benefits, standings, and jackpot progress end with it. They have no cash value and there is nothing to pay out. Where a subscription is affected, cancellation and any refund remain Apple's to handle.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop at any time: cancel your subscription with Apple, delete your online record in Settings, and uninstall the app.
We may suspend or end your access to Keno Club, or to any part of it, if you break these terms — in particular the conduct rules in section 8 or the tampering rules in section 4 — or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why. Serious or repeated breaches may end access without notice.
If your access ends, your coins, standings, and member benefits end with it, and — except where the law says otherwise — no refund is due. Sections that by their nature should survive, including section 2 and sections 12 to 16, survive the end of this agreement.
12. Apple's role
You get Keno Club from the App Store, so a few things follow from Apple's rules and are worth stating:
- This agreement is between you and FlyCow, not between you and Apple. Apple is not responsible for Keno Club or its content.
- Support and maintenance are ours. Apple has no obligation to provide either. Reach us at hello@flycowgames.com.
- If the app fails to conform to any warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app — which, for a free app, is nothing. Beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation for Keno Club.
- Any claim that the app or your use of it infringes someone's intellectual property is ours to handle, not Apple's.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
Your use of the App Store, Game Center, and iCloud is also governed by Apple's own terms.
13. Disclaimers
Keno Club is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties that are not written here, express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that any particular feature, promotion, or jackpot will be available at any particular time. Simulated results are not a prediction of anything.
Some places do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, FlyCow Games Inc. and the people who work for it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost coins, arising out of or connected with Keno Club — whether the claim is in contract, tort, or anything else, and even if we were told such damage was possible.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims connected with Keno Club is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us or Apple for Keno Club in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) US$50.
Coins have no cash value, so no claim may be valued by reference to a coin balance, a jackpot amount, a leaderboard standing, or any in-game total.
Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — to describe a new feature, to correct something, or because the law changes. When we do, we will publish the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
For a change that materially affects your rights or obligations, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect — through the app, on this site, or both. Continuing to use Keno Club after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, cancel any subscription with Apple and stop using the app.
We will not apply a change retroactively to something that has already happened.
16. Governing law, and the rest of the paperwork
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live somewhere whose consumer-protection law gives you rights that cannot be overridden by a choice of law, you keep those rights and may bring a claim in your local courts.
A few standard points, briefly:
- If one part fails, the rest stands. If any provision is held unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent needed and the remaining provisions continue in force.
- No waiver by inaction. If we do not enforce a provision straight away, we have not given it up.
- The whole agreement. These terms and the privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and us about Keno Club, and they replace anything said earlier — including the FlyCow company-wide terms, where the two differ for Keno Club.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business, and your rights are unaffected by that.
- Language. The English version of these terms governs.
17. Contact
