Straight answers.
The game explains itself as you play: the rules, the paytable, and every payout. For everything else, here’s the desk.
The game
Is Keno Club free?
Yes. Keno Club is free to download and the floor is the complete game: all four keno games on the full 1–80 board, every paytable, the shared jackpots, the leaderboards and your history. Optional purchases exist for players who want them — coin packs and VIP Club membership. Neither changes draw odds or the paytable.
What do I need to play?
An iPhone or iPad on iOS 17 or newer, held sideways. A fresh installation needs an Apple Account with iCloud available and an internet connection to initialize or restore progress. Ordinary play can continue offline after that setup.
How does a game work?
Mark your spots on the 1–80 board, set your bet, and press START. The game draws twenty balls, no number twice. Your award depends on how many of your marked spots the draw catches, per the published paytable, and after every draw the app shows the full calculation.
Each of the club’s four keno games sets its own range of spots and carries its own paytable. Both are on screen before you press START.
Can I speed things up?
Draw speed comes in Relaxed, Standard, and Quick. If you switch on iOS Reduce Motion, the game shortens the reveal for you; the “reveal result immediately” setting, which skips the ceremony outright, is a VIP Club setting. Auto Play unlocks at level 2 and then runs 10, 100, or 1,000 games hands-free with a STOP AUTO control on screen the whole time; VIP members add the open-ended AUTO PLAY MAX.
Where is my history kept?
On your device. The app keeps your latest 10,000 games — every draw, bet, win, and balance, and whether Auto Play placed it — with one-tap replay of any game’s numbers. You can clear history or reset progress from Settings.
Coins & fairness
Can I win real money?
No. Keno Club is a simulation for entertainment. Coins are score: they have no cash value and can never be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for money or prizes. The balance header in the app says exactly this.
Does paying change the game?
No. Membership and coin packs never change draw odds or the paytable — that is a standing rule of the house. Awards follow the published table (keno-classic-2.0 on the classic board, its own table in each of the other games), and you can read every one of them in the app. They pay per coin staked, so your bet scales the award and nothing else.
What are coin packs?
Optional one-time purchases that add coins to your balance, from the 8,000-coin Stack to the 750,000-coin Casino Reserve. When a sale runs, prices never change — packs carry bonus coins instead. VIP members get +20% bonus coins on every pack, every day.
What is the purchase break?
A voluntary 24-hour brake. One tap in Settings pauses everything that sells in the app — packs, offers, and the VIP Club join button included. It cannot be ended early once it starts; free coins and keno keep working throughout. There’s also a Don’t Show VIP Club Offers switch in Settings if you simply want the quiet permanently.
VIP Club membership
What is the VIP Club?
The members’ side of Keno Club — one auto-renewing monthly membership (VIP Club Monthly, $19.95/month) with eight benefits: VIP Chat, Daily Return ×10, the 10,000/50,000/100,000-coin bets, Auto Play Max, ten member styles, the VIP badge, +20% bonus coins on every pack, and the “reveal result immediately” setting.
Club benefits are entertainment only. Coins have no cash value, and membership never changes draw odds or the paytable.
What is VIP Chat?
The members’ room — a live chat alongside the game where big hits show up as they land, along with club events and coin drops. It needs a VIP Club membership and a Game Center sign-in.
Messages you send are visible to other members and are kept for up to 90 days. What the chat service does and doesn’t receive is set out in the privacy policy.
How do I cancel?
Cancellation is handled by Apple, not by us, so it always works the same way: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device (or manage your subscriptions here), choose VIP Club Monthly, and cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your membership runs through the period you’ve paid for.
I’m a member but the app shows PLAYER — what do I do?
Tap RESTORE on the VIP Club screen (or in the coins store). Restore re-checks your Apple Account’s purchases and reactivates membership on any device signed into the same account.
Does membership help me win?
Members get more coins to play with and a better-looking game. Membership never changes draw odds or the paytable, and we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise. One thing we won’t dress up: the leaderboards are a straight race, so bigger bets do produce bigger scores. What they leave out is the jackpot — progressive awards are excluded from every board metric.
Jackpot & Game Center
How do I win the progressive jackpot?
More than one jackpot can be running at a time, and each sets its own entry rule: a spot count and a minimum bet. The game prints those on each pot’s own meter and tells you the moment your ticket qualifies — read them there rather than here, because they change from time to time. How a pot pays differs as well: some are won by catching every number you picked, others are mystery drops that can land on any qualifying ticket. The pots are shared across the whole club and grow as players play. Contributions and eligibility count a bet of at most 1,000 coins, so a huge VIP stake buys no bigger share. You must be signed in to Game Center to be eligible. Wins are public: tapping a pot shows its recent winners by display name and photo — the same ones already on the leaderboards — and the amount each won. The notification that goes out when a pot is swept still names only the pot and the amount, never the winner.
Do I need Game Center?
Only for the social side: leaderboards, achievements, and jackpot eligibility. The keno itself never needs it, and works with no signal at all.
Privacy & your data
What does Keno Club know about me?
The app stores play locally and uses your private iCloud database for progress. Online features send the data described in our privacy policy. If you choose club email, we ask for your address and send a confirmation before promotional messages start. Email is optional: unsubscribe in any message or switch it off in the app’s email settings. Delete My Account removes the address from our player record.
Sign in to Game Center and the optional online features turn on: your display name, club level, VIP badge, scores, and — if your platform profile has one — a small copy of your photo appear on the public boards. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
If you allow notifications, we also store the device token Apple issues so we can deliver them, and which categories you switched on. That is the whole of it — see Notifications in the policy.
How do I control notifications?
Open Settings → Notifications in the app. There are five switches — Jackpots, Your wins, Account, Game alerts, and Offers and sales — plus one that pauses everything. Offers is off unless you turn it on, and stays off until you do.
Your choices are stored with us, not just on your phone, because the decision to send is made on our side. Quiet hours run on your device’s own time zone, and there is a daily limit on how many notifications the club can send you. One exception we would rather state than hide: an urgent billing or account problem is sent even when Account is off, because not being told is the whole problem.
To switch them off entirely, use iOS Settings → Keno Club → Notifications. Next time you open the app it notices, and deletes the device token from our servers.
How do I delete my data?
Two separate things, and you control both. For your online record — leaderboard standing, stored photo, profile, and jackpot player record — use Settings → Delete My Account inside the app. For local data, clear your history or reset progress from Settings, or uninstall the app.
Deleting your online record does not touch your Game Center account, your purchases, or the coins on your device. If you would rather we did it, email hello@flycowgames.com.
